3 month satisfaction warranty
If for any reason you are not delighted with your new glasses or contact lenses and if we are unable to put this right, we will refund your money in full.
24 month manufacturing warranty
Most of our frames are provided with a 24 month warranty with the minimum being 12 months. Our TD2, and Crizal lenses have a 24 month warranty against any manufacturing defects.
12 month consumer scratch warranty
If you scratch your Crizal UV Forte or Crizal Prevenzia lenses within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the lenses free of charge- what better way to ensure you have purchased a quality product.
Lifetime free adjustment & cleaning service
When you purchase new frames and lenses from us we welcome you back anytime that your glasses may require a little care. We offer a free cleaning and adjustment service for the lifetime of your glasses and will provide any replacement screws and nose pads free of charge- so you can rest assured you will always look your best in your glasses purchased from Eyes of Howick!
